The OMD-580 / 480 series portable oxygen analyzer packs a big punch with industry leading electronics and sensor technology in a small outdoor enclosure. Inexpensive and easy to use, this popular analyzer has built a name for itself in the market.
The oxygen sensor is based on the galvanic electrochemical fuel cell principal and is manufactured in house under a strict quality procedure. The sensors are self contained and minimal maintenance is required – no need to clean electrodes or add electrolyte. The precision sensors offer excellent performance, accuracy and stability while maximizing the expected life.
The electronics are feature packed with an easy-to-use menu interface. The highlight of the advanced set of electronics include’s a USB output for data logging. Data logging can be done via a removable USB flash drive and data can be taken in 1 minute intervals. An 8 GB flash drive can store data for 50+ years at 1 minute intervals.
OMD-580 is configured as a trace oxygen analyzer with ranges 0 – 10 ppm, 0 – 100 ppm, 0 – 1000 ppm, 0 – 1 % and 0 – 25 %. The analyzer comes with Swagelok Quick Disconnect fittings that act as an isolation valve to lock in low level ppm oxygen when not in use.
OMD-480 is configured as a percent oxygen analyzer with ranges 0 – 1 %, 0 – 5 %, 0 – 10 %, 0 – 25 % and 0 – 100 %. The analyzer comes with 1/8″ compression tube fittings for the inlet and outlet.
